A light arose in Him,

Bringing answers to unanswered questions

His mind descended to the realms of ecstasy

His eyes half opened

His lips parted with a serene smile

He was engulfed by peace, joy and bliss

A feeling beyond senses can be felt

His eyes fluttered open

A tremor passed His body

He is free, He has awoken

Awoken from a long tired sleep

From a never ending slumber

He has now returned. He arrives silently

He has reunited with his inner light

He is The Buddha.
